Boot Camp is changing the way children associate fitness with fun.

Press Release Body: New children's fitness exercise class called “Kids Fitness Boot
Camp” offers an opportunity for children to improve their fitness level while having
lots of fun.

A new group fitness Boot Camp style class is now open to Frisco TX residents and all
surrounding area children to improve the overall health of children between the ages
of 8-14years.

Mark Bowlby a local resident of Little Elm TX instructs and developed the class with
the mission of incorporating sound fitness principles with fun at the same time.
Bowlby, a certified personal trainer and previous owner of multiple gymnastics
schools took his knowledge of fitness and fun interactive games to create what is
now know as Kids Fitness Boot Camp. http://www.kidsfitnessmadefun.com

Bowlby saw a need for such a class with the ever increasing inactivity of children
and serious weight problems children in today’s society are facing. He saw the
importance of having a positive association with fitness that will foster healthy
fitness habits as adults.

Kids Fitness Boot Camp utilizes obstacle courses, fitness games, partner activities,
body weight exercises, resistance bands, circuits and more. Children of all
different fitness levels are enjoying a new and fun way to get in shape. Kids
Fitness Boot camp offers an alternative to participating in organized sports or as a
complementary activity to improve the strength, endurance, flexibility, and
coordination of a child who is already involved in sports.
